Our client contacted us during the initial stages of planning their dream home renovation. The project would involve completely demolishing the existing property and rebuilding a high spec house designed exclusively to meet their requirements. Overall, this project is worth £3m.

To ensure that the project ran smoothly and remained within budget, our client chose our quantity surveying and project management services. They then continued to oversee finances throughout, ensuring that all expenses were accurately reported and remained in line with the initial breakdown.
Due to the vast scale of this completely bespoke build, assigning an organised, proactive project manager was imperative. At Bhangals Construction Consulting, our project manager in London is highly knowledgeable in their area of expertise, able to successfully manage projects of all scales, so they were assigned to this project to oversee operations. This included covering quality control, site visits, risk analysis and ongoing communication with the client.
Although this project is still in progress, the transformation so far has been impeccable. Our project manager and quantity surveyor in London will continue to support our client until the build has been finalised. The end product is guaranteed to be exceptional!
